We bought a used fifth wheel from them as is/no warranty and drove it an hour home. When we tried to unhitch it from our truck, we realized the landing gear was completely trashed. We could not unhook the fifth wheel from our truck. We called our salesman, Mike C. and explained our situation. He was very helpful and put a service tech on the phone to help diagnose the problem. Once it was realized that this was not an easy fix, he told us to bring the camper back to them and they would fix it no charge, and deliver it back to us when it was done. We dropped it off at 4 and got a phone call at 7 saying they found all the parts from other dealers across Grand Rapids and they would be able to deliver it the next day. We got home from work the next day, and our camper was completely set up in our driveway with brand new landing gear. Great customer service! - Lyndsey

We priced the Rockwood Mini-Lite #2104S throughout the state & neighboring states. Travis & TerryTown RV gave us the best price with more options than the competition. It was a hike from Chesterfield to Grand Rapids, but the time & travel was worth it. Everyone we met & dealt with was knowledgeable & friendly. A turkey shattered our windshield in Tennessee. After 4 hours of calls and call backs Good Sam, Progressive, and Safelite could not help us locate a mobile windshield provider that serviced Super C’s or there was a 2 week back order due to shortages. We were 14 hours from home on the side of I-65 In desperation I called Tripp Mueller to see if he had any ideas. He searched and found us a provider in Nashville. Our windshield was repaired the next morning. Saved our vacation?? - Scott
Greg Heath is a great salesperson. He arranged delivery for us in a very timely manner in spite of the high amount of traffic they have at their dealership. Caleb was terrific helping us get the trailer ready to roll off their lot. We bought an inTech Sol Horizon travel trailer. After two weeks and 1950 miles on the road (starting 2 days after pickup), I can say that this trailer has exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Greg, Terrytown, and inTech. I’m so very impressed with the service department and will .My 2016 keystone bullet had the soft floor issues with the help of wil and the rest of the service department and keystone .my camper was repaired and returned to us with some little repairs. Mike was and continues to always be available to us, always answers his cell phone and tries to help whatever our questions were. We wanted some custom extras like solar and an inverter and tire pressure monitoring system. Mike made all that super easy and affordable! That experience continued to the service department where we dealt with Dave for our walkthrough and both Tripp and Gene in service. These guys really care about making you happy, not just before but after the sale. I never met such a great group of likable people that are professional and take the time to address your questions or issues. I can see why people come from near and far to buy from them. Just got back from trading in my 2013 Entegra and picking up my new 2019 Entegra. The whole transaction was handled over the phone so I was a little concerned about what I was going to find when I got there.
What a great place to do business. Bob even lent me his car so I could get some lunch! They went over the entire motorhome from outside to inside and made sure I knew how to operate every system. The service department staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about my new Entegra. Just can’t say enough great things about the process. If you’re looking for a new or used motorhome I don’t think you could find a better place.
